For all the years that I have owned vehicles and taken them to various places for service/repair I have learned that most any place can do the work. The one thing that I have not found very often is a place I know I can trust. I took my truck to Motoring Specialists for the first time this week and believe I have found one of those trusted places. That confidence in them started when I looked at their web site the first time. It was very professional, up-to-date an...d useable. It is how I made my appointment. The video on the web site was very well done (I am a video editor) and very informative. When I walked into their lobby Kallie was very friendly yet very professional. As we spoke I could tell that she knew her business well and she treated me like I was important to her; not just another customer. The lobby was clean and well organized also; when is the last time you saw that when you dropped your car off for service? Oh, and the work? Its not like I had the engine rebuilt but, if they told me my truck needed it, I feel that I could trust them that it really did need it. I took it there to have them give me a second opinion on work and estimate the dealer told me needed to be done right away. Guess what? It didn't!!! Motoring Specialists will get my work from now on.
