Had our first round of day camp today! The kids did amazing and we’re so happy to be back, even if only for a little bit. Thanks to coach Marcel @cel360 for the conditioning and mobility training today!

Happy Labor Day weekend everyone! It’s about time for an update. In March we closed our doors with the full intention of returning within a few short weeks. Well due the COVID 19 pandemic that did not happen as planned. At the end of April we said good bye to our home of 3 years and didn’t know when we’d be back or if even. We began looking for a new home and late may we found one. June we started moving in and renovations began. We are so proud of the space we have built. Ou...r new space hosts a 1400sqft custom spring dance floor, 4 weightlifting platforms, a complete training space for the total athlete and will soon hold a retail area for all dance & training shoes and attire. Our goal is to build the total athlete and grow strong confident young people and those who are young at heart. We will share more pictures along this journey and we can’t wait to start moving again!
