Another super fun dinner in the books! This menu was dripping with all of the gorgeous goodies I found at the Truckee Farmers Market. Still making use of my gorgeous market haul with a base of cilantro and basil pounded in the mortar&pestle with garlic, fennel seeds, sea salt, and EVOO. I had the best time cooking with three generations from a family living on opposite coasts during a recent zoom class.
