In the midst of the COVID-19 closures, here is the announcement relating to the procedures implemented by the Merced Superior Court as of March 17th, 2020. Front Desk Receptionist responsible for greeting clients, answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, court filing, in office filing and indexing. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Corel Word Perfect, Excel, Outlook, fax machine, scanner and copier. Must be a friendly, helpful, organized, self starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must have reliable transportation and driver's license. Some secretarial/transcription ability prefe...rred. Law Office experience highly preferred. Bilingual preferred but not required. Part time afternoon/full time position as needed.
