Good Morning! This has been a bittersweet winter. After close to 20 years of growing and selling mandarins we are removing the majority of our mandarin trees. We will continue to sell oranges, lemons, grapefruit and limes here at the farm. The doctors have been recommending that John stop farming for about 8 years due to back problems. So we are cutting back. We cannot thank all of our customers enough for your patronage. Thank you!!

Thanksgiving planning begins. For a succulent turkey chunk up mandarins, lemons and onions and stuff into the cavity of the turkey. Smash some fresh herbs like basil, tyme and rosemary with butter and stuff it under the skin of the turkey. Rub olive oil on the outside of the turkey and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cook covered with foil and remove foil the last 30 minutes to brown it. Enjoy your turkey!
