Just A little tidbit of Aviation History & his commentary (mine too) on a couple phrase the FAA is changing in the newer AIMs. As an old Aeronautical Engineer, I tend to agree with him, flying small planes for me will always be cockpit from the Naval Days of climbing in, & the Word Flight Deck will always mean those Cooperate & Commercial Aircraft decks that I rarely sit in. So if I give you a confussed look when you use those new phrases (- just because its new doen’t make it better ) you know why.. Club House ReNew Continues... With the Help, Labor, resources, & donations of Club Volunteers, the Club House has all new inside Paint, Carpet, and a good House Cleaning. It couldn’t be done w/out our Supportive Members. FYI - The Club is 100% Self-Sustaining via our Memebers, so all proceeds from our Dues, Dlights, & Fuel Purchases goes towards Club Operations & Aircraft Maintenance, as the Navy doesn't provide any finacial support or funding to us.
