Monterey Bay Cast Stone

Just finished a baptismal font project for St. Joseph's Catholic church in Spreckels CA. A 30" dia. concrete bowl rough hewn on the outside and polished baby smooth on the inside holds 15 gals. of water. Forged steel grapevine legs with bronze leaves by Cheney Metals Watsonville. The project was designed by Charlie Franks AIA.

I just completed a concrete conference table for the Sereno Group's new Los Gatos Annex. The table's design was inspired by the first silicon based integrated circuit produced by Fairchild Semiconductor in 1961. The table's shape is inspired by the iPhone.
