Dear MonkeySports Friends & Family, As we all band together as one community to stop the spread of the coronavirus, we continue to make proactive decisions based on recommendations from the government officials and other experts. Over the past several days as more communities, and the federal government, have called for increased social distancing, we have determined that the best action to take is to temporarily close all of our retail stores effective March 20th. Guided by ...the government and other experts, we hope the duration of these store closures will be quite brief. We will be evaluating the situation daily. Our goal is to take responsible actions to do what’s right for our customers, employees and our community at large. Until that time, our websites remain fully operational 24/7. In an effort to maintain operations, many office employees are working remotely. Until further notice, Customer Service hours have been reduced to 9AM - 3PM Central time from Monday through Friday. While our telephone customer service is closed on Saturdays & Sundays; we will be responding to e-mails and messages left through live chat during this time. We understand the uncertainty of the current situation and if you are seeking refuge in the game we all love, we want to help you find that escape wherever you may be. If now isn't the right time for you, we completely understand, and we'll be ready to service your hockey, baseball, and lacrosse needs when you are.
