the MBG "CARDIO CARD DECK" Workout!!! Complete Deck AFAP (goal time is under 20 minutes!!) Med Ball Slams 15-20lbs, Sit Outs Umpas... Burpees BUYOUT: do some Power Wheel Crawl for 5 minutes if you want!!!:) stab try and hit 100/ strength 180 / power 250+ yards!!! VIDEO: great Mobility / Stability Exercise using the JGXT!!! Gotta watch this if you want to open up the hips and shoulders....which i would think is about 99.9% of all people:) haha See more

Want True Strength? Master these ones: 42" for men and 36" for women for sets is the goal!! Overhead lunges (goal is over 50% bodyweight for 5s) and Bar Muscle ...Ups with little kipping is the goal!....can you hang?:) 6 Sets x 5 at 85% of Max (find your max, find 85% of that max and do 6 sets of 4-6 reps at that level...5 is goal, 6 is great!!! 1A) Approach Box Jumps ---- 1B) OHFL (Overhead Forward Lunges) ---- 1C) Feet-Floor Dips > Assisted Bar Dips / Bar Dips / MU + 2 Dips for each muscle up 2C) Pull Ups (JGXT-90 > REG-Release > JMU's > MU's **If doing MU's then you are only doing the one exercise, each Muscle Up + 2 bar dips at the top! ---- 1D) Warrior Poses: front warrior, side warrior, warrior 3 2D) HLR's (use slant board if you got em): Leg Raise low on slant board feet to bars / high slant board f2b / hanging feet to bar PICTURE: getting focused to do some dips in NYC LES park!!:) training in nyc is always special, parks all over the city, my Bar-barian brothers are there always training hard...lots of fun for sure!! This Mornings MBG Obstacle Course workout!! The Warrior 2 4 x thru AFAP (as fast as possible) 01/25/14 1. 200 yards KB Farmers Carry at (24s/32s/40s/48s silve...rbacks) 2. 100 igougo burpees w/partner (alt each rep) no push up 3. 50 x (8k / 12k / 12k) touchdowns 4. 100 yards kb racked carry at (12s,16s / 16s,24s / 20s,28s / 24s/32s silverbacks) 5. 100 lateral low cone jumps (left-right = 1) (stab level lat steps) Do the listed challenge for each exercise...IF you can do more Great! If it's hard as hell for you BUT you can keep good form and do a few reps/yards at a time before pausing DO THAT LEVEL!! This is how you build strength Mentally AND Physically!! Peace Out!! How to progress to your 1st Chin Up!!! Here is the MBG Way to progress from the most basic levels of fitness all the way up to your 1st full chin up or pullup!!... We train constantly with 'work up' sets...meaning each set builds upon the last (each set is slightly harder than the last) until we hit our max load or challenge....each week trying to add 1 or more reps to that max level! This is how you build strength, add muscle, get leaner!! SO if you're new to training or just getting back into it, follow these simple progressions.
