Exciting News! We will add a second Yoga for Scoliosis class, starting Jan 9, 2020 at the Danville Yoga and Wellness Center every Thursday 9:30-10:45am. If you have a sideways curve in your spine and wonder why after Yoga your back hurts even more, come and join us for a yoga class that’s especially designed for people with Scoliosis working with their particular curve pattern.
