Sexual energy is quite misunderstood. Historically, society has done a good job distorting the magnificence that it is. Unfortunately, it has been abused, shamed and distorted. I have been fortunate enough to have been taught that sexual energy was not an energy to be shamed but welcomed and healthy. I have mostly had positive experiences as I learned what sexual energy was growing up. My first boyfriend and I waited till I was 18 and spent months together before we were inti...mate. He also spoke with me for hours before making sure I felt safe. Yes, like many women I have experienced assault. But for the most part, sex has been a spiritual experience for me. I was experiencing what @daviddeida.live teaches before I knew what those teachings were. I have had experiences where I felt as though God was penetrating me. So surrendered, so open, so ravished that I am in puddles of pure ecstasy and bliss. One with the Universe. I can feel this with or without a person just by using my breath. You can only get here if you learn to connect with your sexuality. Healing it. Embracing it. Honoring it. Loving it. You can only get here when you are connected to your body. You can only get here when you are IN your body with love and openness. Sexual energy is a power that is undeniable. It possibly scares people. I get it. Sexual energy is Creative energy. It is life force. It is what creates LIFE. Let us learn to love this magnificent magical force that literally creates worlds, for it is one of the most powerful forces on earth. I love you.
