Monache FFA Chapter

Congratulations to our G.O.A.T. (member) of the month from January - Eithan Gonzalez!! Eithan is currently a Senior and second year member of Monache FFA. Apart from being a positive spirit within the classroom, Eithan has been busy outside of the classroom too! Eithan has competed in Sequoia Sectional Opening and Closing Competition and is very involved with his Landscape Management SAE project while at home. He has been designing and helping work in different landscapes, plus has been working side-by-side with his grandfather at Gonzalez Enterprise. Outside of FFA, Eithan enjoys playing football for Monache too! Congratulations Eithan on all your hard work and dedication! #monacheffa #ffarise

Congratulations to our G.O.A.T. (member) of the month for December - Nancy Calderon!! Nancy is currently a Freshman and first year member of Monache FFA. She has jumped right into her first year and has begun participating in FFA activities right away! Nancy competed in the first ever San Joaquin Regional Spanish Creed Contest, where she placed 5th Overall in her division. Nancy also has been very involved with her Diversified Ag SAE project while at home. She helps care for the cattle, sheep, and goats on her family’s ranch. She also helped rescue and nurse kittens. Nancy plans to eventually show a pig or lamb at Porterville Fair in the future. Congratulations Nancy on all your hard work and dedication! #monacheffa #ffarise

Congratulations to our G.O.A.T. (member) of the month for November - Kaden Poe!! Kaden is currently a Senior and third year member of Monache FFA. He has been a member of the Citrus Judging Team and has several SAE projects. He has shown meat and show rabbits at the Porterville Fair while continuing an extensive breeding project, selling his rabbits to students to help begin their project. Recently, Kaden has been interning on the school farm, working in the greenhouses and beginning a winter vegetable SAE project for the spring Farmer’s Market! He will also be earning his State Degree next year! Congratulations Kaden on all your hard work and dedication! #monacheffa #ffarise
