NOW POURING: Serpentine Bridge. This 6.1% blend of red wine barrel-aged sours was refermented on a massive bed of peaches nectarines and strawberries, and subsequently dosed with cherry puree. The result is an irrepressibly juicy, bracingly tart fruit salad of a beer with intense berry notes rounded out by subtle stone fruit flavors. It also pours a beautiful pinkish-red which is pretty frickin’ cool.
