I've been doing quite a bit of reading lately. My friend turned me on to a book called Feelings: Buried Alive, Never Die. As a massage therapist, I have seen emotional releases through body work. It's when you have those random emotional thoughts that pop up during the work for no reason. Oftentimes, we don't recognize the value of what we just tapped into. You could be hitting past traumas or you could be evoking good memories. Our body stores our life stories through energe...tic matter in our body. Pretty wild! This book also comes with a little reference booklet that helps an individual hone in on what the correlation is between physical pain and trapped emotional energy.
