This customer had a leaking intake manifold. I also told him his radiator was full of thick rust. They said they were going to replace the radiator and would like the manifold fixed. After removing the upper and lower intake manifold I found the lower intake was very plugged as well as both heading and heater port with the same as the radiator. This block and heads were all filled solid. Customer decided this Buick was not worth saving.

This customer had a couple concerns. I found that the cv axle was clicking when turning and the radio warning powering on. I replaced the cv axle and seal to correct the clicking concern. I then moved to the radio. I checked for power and grounds and found the circuit in tact. I did find a poor connection at the jumper connector from the harness to the fa tory radio. Now the radio is working once more.

This customer had a no charging concern. I found the alternator went out and cooked the battery feed wire. I replaced thier alternator with a new one as well as a new cable. When I started the car it was running rough but charging. I found the mass air flow sensor was very very dirty. I cleaned it properly and reinstalled it. Now it's running smooth and charging once more.

This customer had a few codes in the ecm. After checking the codes I tested and found the vent valve was stuck open and the Dorman purge solenoid were nonoperational. I replaced them with 2 new factory parts from Toyota and then drove the car to set the moniters. After about 15 miles this Toyota is check engine light free and is all good to go.

This customer had a coolant leak concern on this chevy work truck. I found the intake manifold leaking out the back as these older chevys are known to do. After removing the intake manifold I found the egr ports as you can see were very plugged. I cleaned the ports and hot 5anked the manifold for a bit and installed new gaskets as well as fixed a few broken wires and connectors that were being held on with zip ties. After getting it all back together this old work horse isn't leaking coolant and is back on the road about to hit 550k very soon.
