The IRS has provided relief to employers on the disclosure deadline of Forms 1095-C to employees. The new deadline for delivery of Forms 1095-C to employees is now March 2, 2021. Also, the IRS has stated that 2020 will be the last year employers will be provided with good faith penalty relief under the Employer Mandate.
