I spent the day in downtown Los Angeles this weekend. I spent most of my time educating my 9 year old daughter on the history of Los Angeles and the unfortunate homelessness situation on skid row. Traveling through Southern California in April 2020 brings a new light to where the world is. A world struck by a pandemic, causing fears and uncertainty as hundreds of thousands are severely sick, and thousands pass away. In the United States political differences strain our nation even more, as one side disagrees with the other. Around the globe mass burial sites continue to plague the countries, as hospitals and first responders are over worked.
