From whence it came.

It’s been such an amazing bittersweet experience serving you all. Sweet, because I’ve met some amazing people through this little sando shop. Bitter, because the amount of sacrifice involved was immense. One door closes and another door opens. I’m still in the process of defining what that evolution will look like: Stay in tune via @tacossincero - all the branding is shifting towards @tacossincero - I will still make sandos in the form of tortas. See y’all mid November Decemb...erish. Thank you to everyone involved. The greatest motivation I got was from everyone telling me they enjoyed the food - that helped me continue running this marathon, because running a one man operation that has no service, decent ambience, makeshift cooking equipment, etc - the only thing I had was the food - thank you for supporting a brother for real Holyfield. Thank you to @bay.laurel.group @chefjweiss @haileyleyy @veganotch @hipsterkiller for helping me close up and pack up this shop. I’m forever indebted. See more
