MTC Church Family, Daniel J Morgan, the father of Dana Thorsell and David Morgan, passed away this morning from COVID-19. Please pray for his wife Melanie, and their four children, and grandchildren. Dan was a church planter, pastor, seminary professor, trainer and coach to leaders. Most recently, he and Melanie served in seminary and church planting leadership in Canada. They had recently moved to Tulsa, OK. Over the past 11 years, only two people from outside the immed...iate MTC family have preached on a Sunday morning. One was Rolland Slade on 10/25/2020, and the other was Dan Morgan back in 2011. I remember his sermon clearly - he preached on what to do with fear, and how living as God's child enables us to move past fear like no one else. I'd ask you to join me in praying this very thing for his family and friends. They are grieving, and yet they have joyful hope that he is enjoying the presence of Jesus, his savior. See more
