Mission Bay Starlings Volleyball

It is with great reluctancy that due to the current COVID-19 restrictions the 2020 Mission Bay Starlings season has been cancelled. After much discussion, we have determined that we will not have the go-ahead to gather in the near future and even then, the gyms will still be locked up. We are in the process of planning several summer clinics including some beach events. We are going to be up and rolling as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for events and opportunities as we move forward and wait for the restrictions to be lifted.

We will be hosting a meeting on Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 2pm - 4pm at the Mission Bay High School gym to provide information on the upcoming season, try on uniform samples, and answer your questions (i.e. how much are the fees, how do we get a scholarship, etc.). The meeting will be followed by a volleyball clinic for the girls to do some drills and work with our coaching staff. Hi all! Reminder that the friendship tournament this weekend is at Mission Bay High. We will be playing on the old soccer field on the South-East end of campus. It is to the east of the new football field. The access for the area is a gate to the right of the gym. There is a path to the gate from the roundabout located in front of the gym. You can park in the large lot to the right of the entrance on Lee street. There is also parking behind the bleachers of the football field.... You are advised to arrive early as parking will be a process. You can bring food, tables, easy up shades, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. If you want to barbecue that is OK too. 16s will not be participating in this tournament. See you Sunday!

Hello everyone! The opening ceremony is at 7pm tonight at Harry West Gym. 14s/16s/18s play at Alliant on Friday starting at 9am. Saturday and Sunday are TBD, depends on how your team does each day. Welcome to the 2016 Mission Bay Starlings Season! This is our main info post. Please make all checks payable to "Starlings" (not "Mission Bay Starlings") The regular season practices will be held in the evening on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting next week (March 8). Please submit your player registration packets and dues payment on this date. We have 5 teams again this year, so we need to stagger practices in order to have enough space for everyone.
