Studio Space Available at 1890 Bryant St. I have a space available in my studio at 1890 Bryant St. -- one of the most sought-after buildings in the city! 1890 ...has an incredible community of artists and a spectacular reputation not only for the quality of art being produced but also for the very successful Open Studios we host. The space is large with very high (13.5 ft) ceilings but alas, no natural light. I am a painter of portraits in oil. The rent is $625 per month which includes utilities and insurance.
