Dr. Joyce is a native of Southern California and pleased to be practicing in this area. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California at San Diego, and graduated with clinical honors from the New England College of Optometry.

Dr. Joyce serves with the Rotary Club in their eye clinic in Mexico for the purpose of bringing much needed eye care to the the area.
