Here we are again, another week and still feeling the love from you all, through Thursday Night Dinners. Thanks for your continued support! We are bringing back another favorite, perfectly rich and flavorful comfort meal for any night of the week. Sausage Leek Ragu Gnocchi with Cheesy Garlic Bread and Roasted Italian Veggies. The sauce is slow cooked until thick and hearty then served overtop soft potato gnocchi. Melt-in-your mouth delish! We will continue to bring the Thursday Night Dinners to you for as long as we can, because we know you enjoy comfort food dinner that you haven’t had to cook at least once a week!... The New Year will bring new dinners to try and a return of some of your favorites. So here we go! This Thursday’s Dinner will be a classic dinner from my past, Salisbury Steak with Mushroom-Onion gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. The onion grating/soaking breadcrumbs makes the patties extra tasty and tender! Our latest news Good Afternoon Mission Coffee! Fall is here for us all at Mission Coffee Roasting. The weather is changing and the days are getting shorter. There still is some nice weather for you to enjoy though.so we thought we would let you know that the PATIO@ Mission Coffee is open from 8AM to 3PM daily! We will continue to serve you only in to go packaging for your safety.... We will continue to take safety seriously by: enhancing our cleaning and disinfecting procedures, following strict personal hygiene, asking everyone to practice social distance while at Mission Coffee and we will continue to remind you to wear your mask as we wear ours! This week’s Thursday Dinner is Chicken Florentine, a creamy butter wine sauce with spinach and grape tomatoes incorporated into the sauce. It will be served on a bed of spaghetti and topped with grated Parmesan, a Classic Florentine Dish. As usual we will serve this with a side garden salad and dinner. We are also introducing a new Take and Bake, Penne Pasta with Sausage Leek Ragu. If you missed... last week’s dinner you can enjoy this sauce with penne as a family side.
