Attachments are the cause of all suffering, we learn to hold our pain inside. Our Victim stories attract more of the same. As we feed the victim stories our power, we become attached to it. It is the shadow we are fighting. When you stop feeding the shadow with your thoughts, feelings and emotions, it falls apart, and completely disappears. Instead of feeding the shadow, place your attention in gratitude. This will free you.
