We know that these are trying times. As clinicians and holistic wellness practitioners we have the privilege of leaning into practices that we’ve nurtured in our personal and professional lives to get us through. We’ve cultivated space that holds ALL of us so that we can heal and find center in mind, body, & spirit. We want to make sure that those on the front lines have these tools as well, but we know that the times we most need these practices the most are sometimes also... the times when they are the hardest to integrate. For this reason, our holistic team has put together an Essential Workers Care Package. This offering from GGOC Wellness, offers a month of consistent support to help folks where they’re at in the moment as well as jump start their future healing work and keep them grounded at center! Sessions will cover, utilizing guided meditation, distance healing, coping skills, stress reduction strategies, decompression tools, and assessment/aftercare guidance.
