Friendly reminders! 1. Our swim school will be closed from 12/23/14 - 1/1/15 but our facility will still be open! Our pools will be open all day except from 2-3 for a break. 2. PEAK swimming will be occupying our pools for a couple days to practice, so that means 4 lanes will be in use for a few hours. The times for that are:... 12/27 Sat 9-11 AM 12/29 Mon 9-11 AM & 3-5PM 3. Please remember to place valuable items in your car out of sight! We've had a string of break ins and are working diligently with Milpitas Police to prevent this from happening. Thank you everyone! We hope you have a safe holidays!

Happy Saturday! Is today your rest day? When you are training, give it all you got! If you are not out of breath then you probably aren't getting your heart rate high enough to burn calories. Think about it during your next workout. Always plan for at least one rest day, prep day for meals, having the right foods every 2-3 hours is essential to loosing weight. Food fuels the body to burn the calories. Eating less to loose weight is hurting you. One last tip is to drink at least a gallon of water a day to flush out the toxins in your body. This will also help your skin. Have a great weekend!
