Her savvy business knowledge, warm demeanor, and passion for her craft has helped her get to where she is today. Millie’s skillful hair coloring coupled with being a Master Cutter has easily led to her success and she prides herself on the ability to achieve hairstyles just based off of a reference photo. Her favorite part of owning her fourth (and favorite) salon is being able to assist the hairstylists, or as she lovingly calls them: her girls, in growing their craft and their business so that they can provide for their families.
