I am participating in the Concept2 indoor rowing Holiday Challenge. I am attempting to row 100,000 meters between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. If I reach my goal I will have raised $2,000 to donate to the Sierra Club. I got a late start since I was out of town for Thanksgiving but I am still on track to reach 100K. I have 51,000 meters to go but took care of a large chunk of it on Sunday. I rowed my first half marathon 21,097 meters in one go! 13.1 miles on an erg:) I am not asking for money, just send positive thoughts my way!

Last Weekend I had the pleasure to do some on-the-field chiropractic work in the pits at the Santa Clara PAL BMX Summer Nationals. It was great to put my Sports Injury and Chiropractic services out there for all that were in need of some work.
