Milestones Children's Therapy

Hello all! A big thank you to those who came to the autism walk to support us and our cause. Recently, Milestones Children's Therapy has partnered with the Escondido Children's Museum to offer our unique, multi-level training program, involving both children and their parents, as to increase learning opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity for us, and we look forward to your participation!

A big hello to everyone! Just a reminder that the Autism Speaks Walk is next Saturday at Liberty Station at 8am. The walk starts at 9, although you can arrive at 8. If you haven't had a chance to join our team, you still have time. So please come and join us for an amazing day of fun and education in supporting this cause.

Milestones Children's Therapy hosts a meetup group for parents of children with autism. You can check it out at http://www.meetup.com/Autism-Milestones-Meetup-Group/ The group is new and open to anyone with a family member with autism, you do NOT need to be a client of Milestones Children's Therapy to participate. Currently we have several requests from families, all of which Milestones is happy to host if there is a need among the group and enough participation by families. The needs families are expressing are: a mom looking for a friend group for her and her kids and the other is from a family interested in having a youth meetup. These are both wonderful suggestions! We would like to know if you would be interested in these types of groups. We are also open to all ideas and desires of group members.

A formal ribbon cutting for Milestones Children's Therapy will be announced shortly. Along with the ceremony we will be sponsoring children's fingerprinting/ID's done by the Escondido Police Department, offering a tour of our new autism center and have lots of fun activities for children. Attn: Preschool Educators - Milestones Children's Therapy is now in the process of registration for our new FREE PRESCHOOL EDUCATOR CLASS. There is no cost to you!
