The New Saucony Endorphin Pro 2's are here. The rockets have a full carbon plate and a S shaped rocker and a very forgiving and yet responsive foam. The Men's is the checkered one and ladies is the blue one. These are built to be fast and not for everyday training.

Happy Monday everyone! This is a new shoe just in- @asics Magic Speed and it’s a fun one. Soft and bouncy cushioning with a carbon plate for propulsion and coming in at $150, which is considerably less expensive than most carbon-plated shoes. Come check them out!

Upload your activity to Strava by syncing your GPS watch or record your walking or running miles on your phone with the free Strava app. Make sure you join the Mile 26 Run Club on Stava and make your miles Public. Your activities will appear on the leaderboard, making you eligible for a FREE Mile 26 Tech Shirt! *Please do not increase your mileage too quickly. Walking counts so if 100 running miles is too agrressive mix it up with runs and walks. Remember to sync your GPS watch to Strava or you can start a workout in the Strava app on your phone.

Meet the Team: Michelle Michelle is passionate about all things running especially when it comes to creating an awesome running event. She is the race director for Race Fox Events (Josh and Jens other company) where she helps produce about 12 events a year. An avid runner and triathlete as well she has completed several Half Marathons, the Avenue of the Giants Full Marathon and several Half IronMan Races. Aside from running her other greatest passion is petting all of the puppies and getting out into the forest any chance she gets.
