In 1977 Midway Baptist Church completed its move to 2460 Palm Avenue in San Diego and began a small, private Christian school for its members. The school has continued to grow and be blessed by God for over 30 years, and is now the premier college-preparatory, accredited, K-12 private academy in South San Diego. In 2010 Midway Baptist Church changed its name to Ocean View Church, and that fall MBS became Ocean View Christian Academy. OVCA serves children aged 18 months to 18 years in a caring, Biblically-based, academic environment. And we are still proud to be Patriots!
