Healing really does take courage. It takes takes looking at the parts of yourself you have hidden away. It takes being open and honest with yourself. It takes time and commitment. But most of all it takes a willingness to love yourself just enough to want it. Healing work can be hard but it can also be fun, enlightening, exciting, eye opening and expansive.
