I even think sometimes we say it so much that when they do come in with dirty lashes they know, but try to make a shit excuse as to why they are dirty... don’t let them take advantage and make you feel bad. Stand your ground and make them aware that this is an absolute NO GO! Amazing retention is what ultimately brings your clients back to you. And if they don’t have great retention due to dirty lashes, who do you think they are going to blame... YOU Amy gave a great example to her client the other day... Try using a 3M Hook on a wall without cleaning the wall first. The Directions say you must clean the wall first with alcohol-based cleaner before attaching the hook. Good luck If you don’t clean that wall first, of course it’s not going to stay So there’s an analogy for you to explain to your clients in simple terms so they understand, without clean lashes, how do you expect the lashes to stay?!
