Hello Visions members lately I've not posted much simply because, I have been very emotional mentally exhausted anxious & am sure that am not alone & definitely not the only one, we're all are experiencing different thoughts & emotions we are going through this together as individuales with mental health problems. I do that the help is outfor us if we seek it & it's provided to us by our Dr's, therapist & many who care for us as a group with mental illness's. All we need to... do is speak up & reach out for help when needed it is a very emotional exhausting times in which can result in us withdrawaling from taking caring of ourselves others. So I ask that we all stay mentally aware at all times don't think twice about reaching out especially in these difficult days. I do plan on returning soon & be a part of this amazing group full of people I care for & I have all of y'all in my thoughts & prayers. Please be safe & take care always.

I go to Visions when I feel that my mind is not capable of handling certain situations, especially in these days. I suggest that if you need certain services that Visions has to offer us, I will tell you to give them a call before showing up, I have to travel approximately 45minz or more to get to Visions & they've been opened lucky me, but again call their office number if possible before you head out to Visions. Have a wonderful day and stay healthy, safe, cover & protect other's by using a face mask always.

I can help updating the calendar from home I have the capability of doing so, just let me know and help out in everyway from home if it's ok & need the assistance. I'll be doing my part to help if needed. I put this up as an example because I do see an updated calendar just saying.

Miss those that are at Visions, but we all have to stay safe and please keep your face mask on, stay the distance between you & the rest it's for everyone's safety. I personally will do my part & help if it's needed or requested from me. Friday I will be there to conduct the PTSD group am hoping to see those interested to attend from 3-4pm I've made a commitment which I will try to keep. Bye for now everyone again be safe & take care.
