Here is an idea of what we’re doing to adjust to the new normal in addition to our existing strict standards and guidelines as an SQF certified facility: - Aggressively sanitizing all surfaces & enforcing frequent handwashing - Increasing sanitation and cleaning efforts across the board - Canceling or postponing all non-essential meetings and travel - Ensuring that any employee showing any signs of illness stays home & seeks appropriate care For now, our shipping and delivery time frames remain unchanged. Nyaishozi Building and Exam Rooms Are Open! Kahawa Foundation, with the generous help of our supporters and partners, is proud to announce the opening of the ne...w building at the Nyaishozi Dispensary dedicated to cervical cancer screening and treatment. When the co-founders of the Kahawa Foundation first visited the Dispensary, it had no private space to screen or treat women for cervical cancer, which created an unnecessary barrier for those seeking care. Now there are two private rooms along with restroom facilities that will enable the Dispensary to further their work with women in the area. We are deeply grateful to all of those who supported us with coffee purchases and donations.
