I wholeheartedly agree and it is more important for immigrants and those that are most vulnerable. This man hates and dehumanizes my beautiful immigrants. He must be removed for them and the thousands of families, men. women, and children that are seeking safety and refuge in the United States.

Immigration Court Hearings in non-detained cases without an announced reopening have been postponed again through August 14, 2020
I can confirm from my experiences with my clients that there have been several road blocks and delays for both green cards and work permits. But the administration is now targeting people who are in the United States lawfullyin some cases for many yearsby doing things like scaling back the printing of green cards and employment authorization documents (or work permits). These are critical documents that immigrants need to take part in many aspects of American life. Without them, people can’t work, obtain loans, or prove they are in the country lawfully.
Another postponement that is probably for the best with record numbers of Covid in Los Angeles
Non-detained Immigration Courts without specifically announced reopen dates are postponed a little more..
This helps them for now, but if we really want to help those 700,000 people with DACA we must vote Trump out in November. Please join me in voting against Trump for these dreamers.

The United States Department of Justice EOIR Operational Status Update All hearings in non-detained cases are postponed through, and including, Friday June 12, 2020.
I am doing Consultations via Skype and Telephone. Although my hours aren't regular during this Pandemic. I am accessible, please feel free to call us to schedule your appointment!
Regardless of your immigration status, I want every Angeleno to know your city is on your side. Here in Los Angeles, our police department does not coordinate with ICE or participate in immigration enforcement. Know your rights: Mayor.LA/r32r30qhPYk
Dios bendiga a mi cliente que ganó su residencia en la corte hoy. Publico estas fotos como un recordatorio para mí mismo en tiempos difíciles de que los inmigrantes merecen conocer la alegría y la paz de resolver su caso. ¡Felices Fiestas!
As a practitioner this is devastating to read. Anger doesn’t quite capture my feeling.
