With golf courses opening up and hockey players looking for ways to get in some quality work for the off season, we’ve got a superset for you. Be sure to swing with maximum intention and intensity and take a few deep breaths on each side of the hip stretch before switching sides. We would complete 5 reps on both sides, for both movements. That’s 1 set.
