Wage: $20 to $45 /hour Metro Concrete Inc. is looking for Concrete Finishers that have experience in all phases structural & site work concrete construction. Our finishers must be proficient in all forms of concrete construction i.e. Form Setting, Rebar Installation, Pouring and Finishing, and Pour Clean-up. You must have experience in the following finishesBroom, Seeded Exposed Aggregate, Sand Wash, Salt, Stamp... You must have and be able to show during your interview that you have your own finishing hand tools, i.e. trowels, floats, edgers, line tools. You must understand the timing and feel involved in certain finishing tasks like when to strip and finish walls and curbs. We bid and you will be performing the following types of work: ADA Ramps and Path of travel, Curb and Gutter, Flatwork (all finishes), Structural Footings and Walls, Architectural Walls & Seat Benches, Removal and replacement of all forms of concrete site work. Requires travel between South Bay Area from San Jose to San Francisco to Oakland. Minimum Concrete Construction Experience: 3 Years Location: San Jose, CA Job Type: Full-time Available Benefits: Health, Sick Pay (3 days per year) Pay will be based on experience.

Wage: $30 to $50 /hour Metro Concrete Inc. is looking for a working lead/foreman that has experience in all phases structural & site work concrete construction. You must understand how to and have experience in leading crews to efficiently complete tasks... You must have the ability to understand plans/drawings/specifications. You will be expected to understand and be able to communicate project details, materials, schedule, and needed scope changes with our superintendent. You will be expected to track time for your crew. As a foreman, we will ask you to facilitate or perform some or all of the following job-related tasks on each project; Excavation, Demolition, Form Setting, Rebar Installation, Pouring, and Job Clean-up. We bid and you will be performing the following types of work: ADA Ramps and Path of travel, Curb and Gutter, Flatwork (all finishes), Structural Footings and Walls, Architectural Walls & Seat Benches, Removal and replacement of all forms of concrete site work. Requires travel between South Bay Area from San Jose to San Francisco to Oakland. Minimum Concrete Construction Experience: 5 Years Location: San Jose, CA Job Type: Full-time Available Benefits: Health, Company Truck, 2 Weeks Vacation Pay (based on hourly accrual each year), Sick Pay (3 days per year) Pay will be based on experience.
