Happy Finals Week, MESA! You've made it to the final stretch. Managing work, class, and sleep becomes increasingly more difficult during finals week. Check-in with yourself, it can be easy to get run down during this time. Follow these tips to help finish the semester off strong. *Prioritize self-care - Your health and mood impact your studying. Do you have scheduled breaks? Are you staying hydrated?... *Prepare - Create a study schedule that reflects when you work best. Are you a morning person? Or do you prefer to work at night? *Stay active - Movement enhances brain power and reduces anxiety. Have you been studying without breaks? *Protect your sleep - Sleep is critical for optimal brain function. Are you trying to cram late into the night? Are you following your study schedule? *Persevere - Grades do not define you. Remember, your grades are not a reflection of your self-worth. There are many things a standard test cannot measure. Finals week is challenging, but you will get through it. We believe in YOU! #ycmesa #yubacollege
