I can’t wait to share this tasty recipe! Last year I was gifted these beautiful cakelette pans as wells as a pumpkin patch loaf pan by @nordicwareusa they are to die for....I made a delicious HEALTHY pumpkin muffin filled with cinnamon cream cheese....and a pumpkin loaf (which I’ll share tomorrow) These are excellent for any fall morning breakfast and coffee....today we were surprised with a much welcomed rainy California day! Spiced Honey Fig Cake Whoaaaaaa - this cake blew my mind! Fluffy perfectly spiced cake, cloud like cheese cream frosting, plump juicy figs (from my dear friends tree! ) crunchy pecans, and scrumptious Hawaiian honey! I’ll be adding this recipe to the website!! @ Mission Viejo, California

Healthy Pumpkin Streusel Muffins Ahhh finish up your margaritas folks, cuz pumpkin season is right around the corner, and I’m kicking it off with these insane muffins! We had these yesterday for breakfast and they were a total hit!!! GF/RSF - They use an entire can of pumpkin!! Or better yet, fresh if you have it!! Lemon Cake A light, fluffy, and refreshing summer birthday cake I made for a dear friend last week! We have an abundant amount of lemons on hand year round because of my parents lemon trees - I could make lemon desserts all day long - the smell always reminds me of home and Italy ! This recipe is different than my lemon curd cake! Super easy to make and may possibly be one of my faves to eat!! Check out my website for the recipe! S’mores Camp Cookies So I grew up roasting marshmallows at the beach! The sun would set, and we would roast them on our bonfire! This year, our family have been camping heavily! Such a new and fun adventure for our family! Wilderness S’mores are next level! Cool, crisp air, and comfort dessert! Mmm!
