Like all sponges, the Spider Sponge should be kept in moderate to high flow to help prevent algae growth and should never be exposed to air to avoid its fine pores from becoming clogged with air bubbles. It should be target fed frequently with planktonic foods and microcrusteaceans like larvae and rotifers. ... The spider sponge is a beautiful addition to any tank.
