Meridian is happy to announce that Bel Vue Apartments, a 110 year old restored building, in Downtown Sacramento is now complete and ready to rent/lease! The 22 units of affordable housing and two first-floor retail/commercial spaces are located at 1123 Eighth Street. The grand opening will be in September; go check out this beautiful restoration!
