We’re called to stand apart from the world’s agenda and the divisive world views. YOU are called to be under His agenda and to live it out boldly under ...His principles! Friend, if you’re still wondering how to represent His kingdom, here’s a practical way to start: Simply reach out to at least one person in your life that God has placed in your heart. Intercede for them. Care for them. Care for someone that is from a different background and has different opinions than you in this political season. How are YOU leading your children during this time? Joy Linn shares her experience as a mother of 4 on how she leads her children at home and the children she teaches during this time! With every new transition Joy asked what every parent or/and educator asked from start of the pandemic to now:... Who's responsible for my children's education? What values do I want to impart to my children in a season that our society has never seen before? In a season when mental health, spiritual hope, social justice and political upheaval mark every day discussions, what will my children experience in our home? The answer: GRACE The state nor the district is responsible for my children's education. We are. And we are not quitters or half doers! We as parents and educators have to show up with whole hearts and courage to stand apart from the standard. We will impart GRACE when tension arises and when perfection creeps in as comparison rather than the hope of Jesus' redemption. If my kids know grace in their home, this part of their history will be a great foundation. Spoken like a truth-filled woman! What she says is true. Let’s be led by His grace! We cannot expect to lead our children or our future children if we don’t let ourselves be led first by His grace. Amen?! As we get closer to the elections, our government is on the mind! We live in a time where some of us know more about pop-culture and celebrities than we do about our nation’s history and governmental structure. AM I RIGHT? We’re going to dive into government history & structure because we think it will help you grow in your understanding of government, why it’s important, and how to vote for godly values. You’ll learn the role and value of the President, Supreme Cour...t, Congress, House and Representatives etc! We need to remember America was founded on Christian principles, through fervent prayer, by a majority of men who were strong believers in Jesus Christ. America was sealed by the blood of thousands who died knowing they were giving their lives to a higher purpose. Praise JESUS! The three founding documents of our nation all give proof that America was founded as a Christian nation. The majority of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were Christian, some even pastors. They constructed and completed the document with prolonged periods of prayer! Wow! They missed that part in the history books! Let’s learn from our very own Danielle Borrelli, who received her degree in Political Science and her masters in Public Policy.
