With a new school year and application deadlines soon upon us, join CAIR Youth for a workshop series on College Admissions and Applications presented by The Success Company's Sadia Saifuddin. These informative, interactive sessions will be helpful for both high school and community college transfer students looking for guidance in applying to UCs, CSUs, and private institutions. In addition to discussing qualities and experiences that make for strong applications, we'll also be covering tips on financial aid and establishing yourself professionally in this important stage. Applications for Muslim Youth Leadership Intensive are closing soon! MYLI is a virtual political education and leadership building program for high school students designed to equip them with the skills to organize within their community. We'll be delving in to giving civic engagement, community organizing, and digital/media organizing training for Muslim students, along with a youth campaign to work towards. The two-day program will be held on Saturday, August 8 & Sunda...y, August 9! The top 40 applicants from across California will be chosen to participate. Participating in this program will NOT disqualify you from participating in MYLP in 2021. The deadline to apply is by Wednesday, July 15 before midnight!
