Dear Stakeholder/Community Partner: During these unprecedented times, we wanted to reach and assure our community partners and stakeholders of the efforts to ensure that The Road Ahead Family Services continues to operate in the best interest of the client’s we serve. Protecting the well-being of our clients, colleagues and communities is paramount to us and to our organization. Accordingly, we have activated our business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted service for ...our clients. Our Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) is presented in two stages for the two main programs at our agency as well as for administration. We will transition through the stages as needed as information and guidance from the CDC and other government entities is made available. As of 3/17/2020, The Road Ahead Family Services will implement Stage One safety measures. We remain steadfast in our support and will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures as needed. We will notify our clients, resource families, and agency partners of changes to our COOP plan on our website (www.roadaheadfamilyservices.org) , via email and via text messaging (when appropriate).
