This week is National Suicide Prevention Awareness week. Our very own Dr. LaTanya Runnells will be on iHeart Radio tomorrow morning (September 8th) at 9am to discuss the free Mental Health First Aid training provided in San Diego County. It is important to learn the suicide warning signs - you could save someone's life! Through out the week we will be sharing information so that you can be informed and help share facts about suicide, together we can help prevent suicide.
