Hello Team, As you are working so hard to meet your own personal goals for the Taji 100 - here is something to think about An average person has a stride length of approximately 2.1 to 2.5 feet. That means that it takes over 2,000 steps to walk one mile; and 10,000 steps would be almost 5 miles. A sedentary person may only average 1,000 to 3,000 steps a day. For these people adding steps has many health benefits... Keep it up the good work guys and take advantage of where we Iive and what it has to offer outside. Jose and I ran the 5 peaks at Bayfront and what a great run it was. Please share your own little stories so we can help push each other!!!
