Now you can charge your cellphone and other electronics by the power of the sun. You can find this solar umbrella built by the Sustainable Tech program in the Grove!

Food waste is a gigantic contributer to global warming! As of January 1st Mendocino College will be composting all food waste (that makes it into the composting bins). You can help reduce Mendocino College's Ecological Footprint by placing your compostable items into the new green bins that will be on campus! Any questions shoot us a dm.

This Tiny House is being built by students in the Sustainable Construction and Energy Technology Program.The house is framed using several methods, including Advanced Framing (2’ OC layout, in line framing) and conventional, so that students get to practice various styles.
