I made prosperity cakes () for the first time this year following a recipe I found online and they turned out pretty well. So excited for these first time homeowners to enjoy their brand new condo in the heart of the Richmond district of SF! While we were the first to take a peek at this building as construction was finishing up early last year, it looked like it would be way over budget for my clients at the time. Things work out when they're meant to be though. The condo market shift over the course of the year and a motivated seller worked out to my clients' advantage. So glad they can stay i...n the same neighborhood they grew up in and enjoy all the wonderful places that have popped up in the Richmond since! By the way, did anyone else grow up going to dim sum at the corner restaurant next to Alamo Elementary and parking on this lot before this plot of land became beautiful new condos? Hi Friends! This holiday season, I'm giving locally to support the Richmond Neighborhood Center. This year has been unpredictably tough, to say the least. With the help of supporters, neighbors, and volunteers, the Richmond Neighborhood Center has been able to serve 600 students virtually through free programming, opened a community hub for students needing in-person academic support, and grown their food security services to serve more than 1,000 people weekly. Despite the challenges, I'm so proud that this organization refused to let the needs of the community go unmet. To continue doing this much needed work, every bit helps.
