Career day at my baby's awesome preschool! This was a great group of kids and so much fun to teach about chiropractic. Never to young to learn to be healthy!

Third turkey I've seen on my way to the office in the last couple weeks (or is it the same turkey three times??). Just some randomness that I suppose was Facebook worthy

If your brain isn't communicating properly to a muscle, no matter how hard you work out you'll never turn that muscle on and can eventually chronic pain patterns. This photo is a great example of the difference between engaging the correct muscle groups and using other muscles to compensate. Very fit, young woman. However, working out her core, even with professional trainers, never actually engaged that muscle. One quick treatment to get her brain to communicate with those muscles finally enabled her to get from before to after in this photo.
